Description

N,N,N',N'-Tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine is a reducing co-substrate for heme peroxidases. It is used for detection of peroxidases on polyacrylamide gels.

Applications
Le N,N,N′,N′-Tetraméthyl-p-phénylènediamine est un cosubstrat réducteur pour les peroxydases de l’hème. Il est utilisé pour la détection des peroxydases sur les gels de polyacrylamide.

Solubilité
Légèrement soluble dans l’eau froide et plus dans l’eau chaude.
