CD4 Recombinant Mouse Protein, His Tag, Invitrogen™ Sino Biological™
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Thr 394) of mouse CD4 (NP_038516.1) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Marque: Invitrogen 50134M08H5
Code nomenclature Nacres: NA.28
Informations supplémentaires : Poids : 0.01000kg
DescriptionCluster of Differentiation 4 (CD4), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.
- Activity: Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cells; when 5 x 104 cells/well are added to CD4 coated plates (2.5μg/mL and 100μL/well), approximately 40-60 % will adhere specifically after 60 minutes at 37°C
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
