Fc gamma receptor III-a (FCGR3A/CD16a), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as an immunogen, or as a protein standard.- Activity: Measured using the Octet RED System, the affinity constant (Kd) of FCGR3A bound to human IgG1 was 180nM
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
