INSR Recombinant Human Protein (Long Isoform, without Catalytic Activity Domain), His Tag, Invitrogen™ Sino Biological™
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Lys 956) of human INSR long isoform (NP_000199.2) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Marque: Invitrogen 11081H08H250
Code nomenclature Nacres: NA.28
Informations supplémentaires : Poids : 0.01000kg
DescriptionInsulin receptor (INSR), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications. Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; when 1μg/mL of biotinylated human insulin is immobilized onto a streptavidin coated plate, it can bind human INSR, isoform long, with a linear range of 0.625-10μg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween-80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
Shipping Condition: Room Temperature. This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
