TNFSF9 Recombinant Mouse Protein, N-His Tag, Invitrogen™ Sino Biological™
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Arg 104-Glu 309) of the mouse TNFSF9 precursor (NP_033430.1) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus
Marque: Invitrogen 50067M07H25
Code nomenclature Nacres: NA.28
Informations supplémentaires : Poids : 0.01000kg
DescriptionTumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily, member 9 (TNFSF9), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized recombinant mouse TNFSF9 at 20μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human TNFSRF9 with a linear range of 15.6-500ng/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
