Description

A monoamine oxidase inhibitor1-Hydrazinophthalazine hydrochloride is a non-nucleoside analog that inhibits DNA methylation and reactivates the expression of tumor suppressor genes. It acts as a non-selective MAO-A/B inhibitor and semicarbazide sensitive amine oxidase inhibitor. Further, it serves as an antihypertensive.

Applications
Un inhibiteur de l’oxydase de monoamine, le chlorhydrate de 1hydrazinophthalazine, est un analogue non nucléosidique qui inhibe la méthylation de l’ADN et réactive l’expression des gènes suppresseurs de tumeurs. Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau. Il est légèrement soluble dans l’éther diéthylique et l’alcool.
