Description

2',7'-Dichlorofluorescein is used as an indicator and as a cellular antioxidant activity. It is also used for the determination of carbohydrates and hydrogen peroxide by fluorescence densitometry and chemiluminescence respectively. It is used as an indicator for argentometry by Fajans method. It is also involved in the cellular antioxidant activity assay. It is utilized as an additive in fluorescence and laser studies.

Applications
2′,7′-dichlorofluorescéine : utilisé comme indicateur ; a une activité antioxydante cellulaire. Pour la détermination des glucides et du peroxyde d’hydrogène par densitométrie de fluorescence et chimiluminescence, respectivement. Sert d’indicateur pour l’argentométrie selon la méthode Fajans. Aussi impliqué dans le test d’activité antioxydante cellulaire. Utilisé comme additif dans les études de fluorescence et par laser.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’éthanol et le méthanol. Légèrement dans le diméthyle sulfoxyde. Insoluble dans l’eau.
