Description

Acetanilide is used as an inhibitor of peroxides and stabilizer for cellulose ester varnishes. It is used as an intermediate for the synthesis of rubber accelerators, dyes and dye intermediate and camphor. It is used as a precursor in penicillin synthesis and other pharmaceuticals including painkillers and intermediates.

Applications
L’acétanilide est utilisé comme inhibiteur des peroxydes et comme stabilisateur pour les vernis d’ester de cellulose. Il est utilisé comme intermédiaire pour la synthèse d’accélérateurs en caoutchouc, de colorants, comme intermédiaire de colorant et pour le camphre. Il est utilisé comme précurseur dans la synthèse de pénicillines et d’autres produits pharmaceutiques, y compris les anti-douleur et les produits intermédiaires. 

Solubilité
Il est légèrement soluble dans l’acétone, le chloroforme, le toluène et le benzène.

Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Tenir à l’écart des agents oxydants forts. Stable dans des conditions ordinaires.
