4',5,7-Trihydroxyflavone is a nonmutagenic flavonoid shown to inhibit cell proliferation, angiogenesis and protein kinase. Also induces apoptosis in breast cancer cells. It inhibit topoisomerase I-catalyzed DNA re-ligation and enhance gap junctional intercellular communication.

Applications
4′,5,7-La trihydroxyflavone est un flavonoïde non mutagène qui inhibe la prolifération cellulaire, l’angiogenèse et la protéine kinase. Elle induit également l’apoptose dans les cellules cancéreuses du sein. Elle inhibe la re-ligature de l’ADN I-catalysée par la topoisomérase et améliore la communication intercellulaire par jonction lacunaire.

Solubilité
Soluble dans le diméthylsulfoxyde (27 mg/ml) ou 1l’hydroxyde de potassium M (50mg/ml).

Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts.
