Description

Inhibiteur de la tyrosine protéine kinase

4',5,7-Trihydroxyisoflavone is used to inhibitor of tyrosine protein kinase. Genistein inhibits EGF-stimulated phosphorylation in cultured cells. Also used to explore signal transduction pathways.

Applications
La 4′,5,7-trihydroxyisoflavone est utilisée pour inhiber la protéine tyrosine kinase. La génistéine inhibe la phosphorylation stimulée par l’EGF dans les cellules cultivées. Elle est également utilisée pour explorer les voies de transduction du signal.

Solubilité
Soluble dans le chloroforme et le méthanol. Insoluble dans l’eau froide.
