4-(Boc-amino)phenol, is used to protect amine in the solid phase synthesis of peptides, used to produce [4-(tert-butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxy)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester at ambient temperature. This reaction will need reagent imidazole and solvent dimethylformamide, CH2Cl2.

Applications
Le 4-(boc-amino)phénol est utilisé pour protéger l’amine lors de la synthèse en phase solide de peptides utilisés pour produire de l’ester tert-butyl d’acide [4-(tert-butyl-diméthyl-silanyloxy)-phényl] carbamique à température ambiante. Cette réaction nécessite de l’imidazole réactif et du diméthylformamide de solvant, CH2 Cl2.

Légèrement soluble dans l’eau.
