Description
4-Nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride is used as an intermediate for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals like foscmprenavir, darunavir and amprenavir. It is involved in the preparation of N-nosyl-alpha-amino acid for peptide synthesis. It is also used for stereoselective α-glucosylation of partially protected carbohydrates in association with silver tri-fluoromethanesulfonate, N,N-dimethylacetamide and triethylamine. It is widely used for the synthesis of hydroxylamines of sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole and [Cu(bipy)2Cl](nbs) (1) (bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine, nbs = 4-nitrobenzenesulfonate).

Le chlorure de 4-nitrobenzènesulfonyle est utilisé comme intermédiaire pour la synthèse de produits pharmaceutiques tels que le foscmprénavir, le darunavir et l’amprénavir. Il participe à la préparation de l’acide N-nosyl-alpha-amino pour la synthèse des peptides. Il est également utilisé pour la α-glucosylation stéréosélective des glucides partiellement protégés en association avec le tri-fluorométhanesulfonate d’argent, le N,N-diméthylacétamide et la triéthylamine. Solubilité
Soluble dans le toluène, le tétrahydrofurane, le chlorure de méthylène et l’acétate d’éthyle. Insoluble dans l’eau.
