Description

Inhibits casein kinase II and blocks RNA synthesis. An adenosine analog.5,6-Dichlorobenzimidazole riboside is used as an inhibitor of RNA Polymerase II. It is nucleoside analogue and used in research to study the mechanisms of cellular regulation. Further, it inhibits some protein kinases.

Applications
Il inhibe la caséine kinase II et bloque la synthèse de l’ARN. Un riboside .5,6-dichlorobenzimidazole analogue de l’adénosine est utilisé comme inhibiteur de l’ARN polymérase II. Il s’agit d’un analogue de nucléotide utilisé dans la recherche pour étudier les mécanismes de régulation cellulaire. De plus, il inhibe certaines protéines kinases.

Solubilité
Soluble dans le DMSO à 75 mMSoluble dans le diméthylsulfoxyde, l’éthanol chaud, le diméthylformamide, (1:2) le formamide diméthyle : solution saline tamponnée au phosphate, eau, méthanol et pyridine. Faiblement soluble dans les tampons aqueux.

Remarques
Incompatible avec la chaleur et les agents oxydants.
