Used as matrix for analysis of monosulfated disaccharides and as a co-matrix with 6-aza-2-thiothymidine for sulfated neutral and salivated tri-and tetrasaccharides. Reagent for preparing new fluorogenic AMC-based substrates for cystine amino peptidase (and other hydrolases). Also used as reference compound in the enzyme assay.

Applications
Utilisé comme matrice pour l’analyse des disaccharides monosulfés et comme co-matrice avec la 6-aza-2-thiothymidine pour les tri-et tétrasaccharides sulfatés neutres et salivés. Réactif pour la préparation de nouveaux substrats fluorogéniques à base d’AMC pour l’amino-peptidase de cystine (et d’autres hydrolases). Également utilisé comme composé de référence dans le dosage enzymatique.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’acétone (10 mg/ml), le diméthylsulfoxyde (10 mg/ml) et le diméthylformamide.

Remarques
Sensible à la lumière, stocker dans l’obscurité. Stocker dans un endroit frais et sec dans un récipient hermétiquement fermé. Conserver à l’abri des oxydants
