Applications
L’7-amino-4-(trifluorométhyl)coumarine est utilisé dans la synthèse de substrats pour le dosage fluorométrique des enzymes protéolytiques dans les fluides biologiques. Il convient comme colorant laser.

Solubilité
Soluble dans le diméthylsulfoxyde (25 mg/ml), le diméthylformamide (25 mg/ml) et le méthanol (25 mg/ml). Insoluble dans l’eau.

Remarques
Conserver le récipient bien fermé. Stocker dans des conditions fraîches et sèches et dans des récipients bien scellés. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants.
