Description

L’incinérateur BO est spécialement conçu pour les procédés dans lesquels de plus grandes quantités d’échantillons doivent être incinérées.

  • Température maximale de 600 °C pour le processus d'incinération
  • Température maximale de 1100 °C pour le processus suivant
  • Chauffage à trois côtés (parois latérales et fond)
  • Plaques chauffantes en céramique avec fil chauffant intégré
  • Le bac collecteur en acier protège l’isolation inférieure
  • Fermeture assistée par ressort de la porte du four (porte à clapet) avec verrouillage mécanique pour prévenir toute ouverture accidentelle
  • Postcombustion thermocatalytique intégrée au canal d'échappement, jusqu'à 600 °C °en fonctionnement
  • La température de postcombustion peut être réglée jusqu'à 850 °C.
  • Contrôle de l’air d’échappement surveillé
  • Air d’admission préchauffé par la plaque chauffante inférieure
  • Limiteur de surchauffe avec température de coupure réglable comme limiteur de température pour protéger le four et la charge
