Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether is used to inhibit the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPARγ) and adipocyte differentiation and it induce apoptosis in tumor cells.

Applications
L’éther diglycidylique du bisphénol A est utilisé pour inhiber le récepteur activé par le proliférateur de peroxysomes (PPARγ) et la différenciation des adipocytes. Il induit également l’apoptose dans les cellules tumorales.

Solubilité
Soluble dans 100 % d’éthanol, de diméthylsulfoxyde (100 mM), de diméthylformamide, de chloroforme, de méthanol et d’éthanol (50 mM). Insoluble dans l’eau.

Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts.
