Brucine is used as a denaturing alcohol, lubricant additive, separation of racemic mixtures. Proposed to reduce inflammatory mediators including COX-2, PGE2 and thromboxane B2. Able to induce cell apoptosis, with cytotoxic and antiproliferative effects.

Applications
La brucine est utilisée comme alcool dénaturant, additif lubrifiant, séparation des mélanges racémiques. Soumis pour réduire les médiateurs inflammatoires, y compris le COX-2, le PGE2 et la thromboxane B2. Capable d’induire l’apoptose cellulaire, avec des effets cytotoxiques et antiprolifératifs.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’alcool, le chloroforme et le benzène, légèrement soluble dans l’eau, l’éther et le glycérol

Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Tenir à l’écart des agents oxydants forts.
