Calcium D-gluconate monohydrate is used as a soluble for developing the highly effective, durable, and cheap CaO-based sorbents suitable for CO2 capture, precursor for CaO-based sorbents, in medicine, treatment of hypocalcemia, as an antidote.

Applications
Le D-gluconate de calcium monohydraté est utilisé comme un soluble pour le développement de sorbants hautement efficaces, résistants et bon marché à base de CaO capable de capturer le CO2, précurseur pour les sorbants à base de CaO. En médecine, il est utilisé comme un antidote dans le traitement de l’hypocalcémie.

Soluble dans l’eau (30 g/L).
