Description

CultiMaxx™ Shelving System to support Nunc™ Cell Factory™ systems

These shelving systems are designed to support scale-out of the Nunc™ Cell Factory™ System in cell therapy production. With an in-depth review of the shelving design, this new system provides less than 0.5mm of deflection per vessel, keeping the media level to promote even cell growth conditions. Individual access to each vessel allows for minimal disruption to adherent cells when removing samples from the incubator. The staggered shelving further enables flexibility by providing the necessary clearance to leave filters and connections in place when loading the systems into the incubator.

Ces systèmes d’étagères sont conçus pour supporter l’évolutivité du système Nunc Cell Factory dans la production de thérapie cellulaire. Grâce à un examen approfondi de la conception des étagères, ce nouveau système offre moins de 0,5 mm de déflexion par récipient, ce qui maintient le niveau de milieu pour favoriser des conditions de croissance des cellules uniformes. L’accès individuel à chaque récipient permet de limiter la perturbation des cellules adhérentes lors du retrait des échantillons de l’incubateur. Les étagères décalées permettent davantage de flexibilité en fournissant l’espace nécessaire pour laisser les filtres et les connexions en place lors du chargement des systèmes dans l’incubateur.
