Description

Kit de diagnostic pour la procalcitonine (PCT ) est destiné à la détermination quantitative in vitro de la procalcitonine humaine (PCT ) dans le sang total, le sérum ou le plasma humain.

  • Kit de diagnostic pour la procalcitonine (PCT ) (Sang total/sérum/plasma) est basé sur la technologie d'immunoanalyse par fluorescence.
  • L'échantillon se déplace le long de la bandelette, du tampon d'échantillonnage au tampon absorbant. Si l'échantillon contient de la procalcitonine, celle-ci se fixe aux anticorps anti-procalcitonine conjugués aux microsphères fluorescentes.
  • Le complexe sera ensuite capturé par les anticorps de capture déposés sur la membrane de nitrocellulose (ligne de test).
  • La concentration de PCT dans l'échantillon, cela est corrélé à l'intensité du signal de fluorescence capturé sur la ligne T.
  • Selon l'intensité de fluorescence du test et la courbe standard, la concentration de PCT dans l'échantillon est calculé par MPQuanti™ Analyseur d'immunofluorescence pour afficher PCT concentration dans l'échantillon.
