Description

Le kit de diagnostic pour la prolactine (PRL) est destiné à la détermination quantitative in vitro de la prolactine (PRL) dans le sang total, le sérum ou le plasma humain.

  • La cassette de test PRL (sang total/sérum/plasma) est basée sur un dosage immuno-fluorescent pour la détection quantitative de la prolactine (PRL) dans le sang total, le sérum ou le plasma humain.
  • L'échantillon se déplace le long de la bandelette, du tampon d'échantillonnage au tampon absorbant. Si l'échantillon contient de la PRL, celle-ci se fixe aux anticorps anti-PRL conjugués aux microsphères fluorescentes.
  • Le complexe sera ensuite capturé par les anticorps de capture déposés sur la membrane de nitrocellulose (ligne de test).
  • La concentration de PRL dans l'échantillon est corrélée linéairement à l'intensité du signal de fluorescence capturé sur la ligne T.
  • Selon l'intensité de fluorescence du test et de la courbe d'étalonnage, la concentration de PRL dans l'échantillon est calculée par MPQuanti™ Analyseur d'immunofluorescence pour déterminer la concentration de PRL dans l'échantillon.
