L’échelle est un mélange de fragments d’ADN individuels purifiés par chromatographie.

L’échelle d’ADN GeneRuler 100 bp, prête à l’emploi, est prémélangée avec un colorant de charge d’ADN 6X pour une charge directe sur le gel.
