Les marqueurs de taille moléculaire ADN MassRuler Express LR Forward et Reverse sont spécialement conçus pour une quantification fiable et rapide de l’ADN pour de courtes distances de séparation sous différentes conditions d’électrophorèse. Dans les versions classiques, le poids de chaque fragment d’ADN est directement proportionnel à la taille du fragment, alors que pour les versions inverses, le poids est inversement proportionnel à la taille du fragment.
L’intensité du fragment dans chaque échelle est calibrée par rapport à un étalon qui garantit la quantité précise de chaque bande. Les marqueurs sont des mélanges de différents fragments d’ADN purifiés par chromatographie.
