Description

Le chlorhydrate de guanidine, numéro CAS 50-01-1, est un composant tampon ionique utilisé pour l’isolement des acides nucléiques (ADN et ARN) et des protéines.

Guanidine hydrochloride is used for purification of proteins and nucleic acids. It can be used as a medicine, organic synthesis intermediate and is used in dyes. It acts as an intermediate in the preparation of sulfadiazine, which is an important raw material for sulfamethyldiazine, sulfamethazine and folic acid. It is utilized in the synthesis of 2-amino-pyrimidine, 2- amino -6- methyl-pyrimidine and 2-amino -4,6 - dimethyl-pyrimidine. Also used in RNA isolation to dissociate nucleoproteins and inhibit RNase.

Applications
Le chlorhydrate de guanidine est utilisé pour la purification des protéines et des acides nucléiques. Il peut être utilisé comme médicament, intermédiaire de synthèse organique et est utilisé dans les colorants. Il agit comme intermédiaire dans la préparation de la sulfadiazine, qui est une importante matière première pour la sulfaméthyldiazine, la sulfaméthazine et l’acide folique. Il est utilisé dans la synthèse de la 2-amino-pyrimidine, la 2-amino -6-méthyl-pyrimidine et la 2-amino-4,6 diméthyl-pyrimidine. Également utilisé dans l’isolement d’ARN pour dissocier les nucléoprotéines et inhiber la RNase.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau et l’éthanol.

Remarques
Hygroscopique. Gardez le récipient hermétiquement fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts. Peut s’agglutiner lors du stockage.
