R&D Systems™ Human PTP sigma (NP_002841) VersaClone cDNA is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family.

The Human PTP sigma (NP_002841) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for PTP sigma/PTPRS, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The PTP sigma/PTPRS insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
