Description

Both IL-12 R subunit extracellular domains are composed of three fibronectin-like domains and two cytokine receptor homology domains. IL-12R beta 2 also has an extracellular Ig-like domain

The Mouse IL-12 R beta 2 (NP_032380) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for IL-12 R beta 2, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The IL-12 R beta 2 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
