Détergent non ionique utile dans les études de solubilisation membranaire

N-dodecyl-β-D-maltoside is used as a non-ionic detergent for stabilization and activation of enzymes and for membrane research. It has also been used for the isolation of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidize.

Applications
Le N-dodécyl-β-D-maltoside est utilisé comme détergent non ionique pour la stabilisation et l’activation des enzymes et pour la recherche sur les membranes. Il a également été utilisé pour l’isolement du cytochrome c mitochondrial oxydé.

Soluble dans l’eau à 10 % p/v
