N,N-Diethylformamide is used in the synthesis of metal-organic frameworks and Diethyltrifluoromethylamine. It is also used as solvent in the preparation of porous cubic-shaped zinc oxide particles. It is involved in the preparation of quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione by reacting with o-aminonitrile.

Applications
Le N,N-diéthylformamide est utilisé dans la synthèse de structures organométalliques et de diéthyltrifluorométhylamine. Il est également utilisé comme solvant dans la préparation de particules poreuses d’oxyde de zinc de forme cubique. Il participe à la préparation de la quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione en réagissant avec l’o-aminonitrile.

Solubilité
Miscible à l’acétone, au benzène, à l’alcool et à l’éther.  

Remarques
Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts. Évitez la chaleur, les flammes et les étincelles.
