Description

L’acide nalixidique, numéro CAS 389-08-2, est un antibiotique quinolone qui inhibe la division cellulaire.

Nalidixic acid sodium salt is an antibacterial agent, which is inhibitor of bacterial DNA polymerase & avian myeloblastoma virus reverse transcriptase. The compound inhibits nucleic acid and protein synthesis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Le sel de sodium de l’acide nalidixique est un agent antibactérien, inhibiteur de l’ADN-polymérase bactérienne & de la transcriptase inverse du virus de la myéloblastome aviaire. Le composé inhibe la synthèse des acides nucléiques et des protéines de Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
