Description

NP40 Cell Lysis Buffer is suitable for the preparation of cell extracts to be analyzed by Antibody Bead Immunoassay (Luminex), ELISA, and Western blotting. It can also be used as a wash buffer for immunoprecipitation reactions.

Applications
Le tampon de lyse cellulaire NP40 convient à la préparation des extraits cellulaires à analyser par immunoessai des billes d’anticorps (Luminex), ELISA et transfert Western. Il peut également être utilisé comme tampon de lavage pour les réactions d’immunoprécipitation.

Solubilité
Il est soluble dans l’eau.

Remarques
Ce tampon contient : 50 mM de Tris-HCl (pH 7,4), 150 mM de NaCl, 1 % de NP-40 et 5 mM d’EDTA. Pour l’utiliser, incubez les cellules dans 5 volumes de tampon sur la glace pendant 10-30 minutes.
