Description

O-(1H-Benzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N',N'-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate is used as a coupling reagent for solid-phase peptide synthesis. It has been shown to effectively suppress racemization.

Applications
L’hexafluorophosphate de O-(1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N′,N′ -tétraméthyluronium est utilisé comme réactif de couplage pour la synthèse de peptides en phase solide. Il a été démontré qu’il supprime efficacement la racémisation.
