O-(1H-Benzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N',N'-tetramethyluronium tetrafluoroborate is used as used for solid-phase peptide synthesis. It is also used to study ten different phosphonium and uronium salt-based coupling reagents, which are used to synthesize four peptides.

Applications
Le tétrafluoroborate de O-(1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N,′,N′-tétraméthyluronium est utilisé comme synthèse de peptides en phase solide. Il est également utilisé pour étudier dix réactifs différents de couplage à base de sel de phosphonium et d’uronium, qui sont utilisés pour synthétiser quatre peptides.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’acétonitrile (100 mg/ml, transparent, incolore), le DMF (160,55 mg/ml, transparent) et l’eau (3 mg/ml à 20°C).

Remarques
Incompatible avec les agents oxydants. Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. La température de stockage recommandée est de 2 à 8°C. Sensible à la lumière et à l’humidité. Stocker sous un gaz inerte.
