Chlorhydrate d’O-(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzyl)hydroxylamine, > -99 %, C7H5ClF5NO, numéro CAS-57981-02-9

O-(2,3,4,5,6-Pentafluorobenzyl)hydroxylamine hydrochloride is used in the preparation of oximes of steroids having keto group. It is used as a derivatization reagent in the determination of thromboxane B2, prostaglandins, amygdalin and a variety of aldehydes, ketones and acids. It is a versatile reagent utilized for the detection of carbonyl-containing compounds by gas chromatography (GC), gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and other methods. As a derivatization reagent, it is also used for EC/LC analysis of keto-steroids and carbohydrates.

Applications
Le chlorhydrate d’O-(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzyl)hydroxylamine est utilisé dans la préparation d’oximes de stéroïdes ayant un groupe céto. Il est utilisé comme réactif de dérivatisation dans la détermination de la thromboxane B2, des prostaglandines, de l’amygdaline et d’une variété d’aldéhydes, de cétones et d’acides. Il s’agit d’un réactif polyvalent utilisé pour la détection de composés contenant du carbonyle par chromatographie en phase gazeuse (GC), spectrométrie de masse par chromatographie en phase gazeuse (GC-MS) et d’autres méthodes.
