Tampon de stockage :

  • Ligature et nouveau clivage :
  • Plus de 95 % des fragments d’ADN peuvent être ligaturés et recoupés après une surdigestion 50 fois plus importante avec MspI.

    • Lorsque le C est externe dans la séquence : Le CCGG est méthylé, le MspI et le HpaII ne peuvent pas se cliver. Le MSPI est un isoschizomère de HpaII. Cependant, contrairement à HpaII, MspI peut cliver la séquence lorsque le résidu C interne est méthylé.
