Améliorez la détection par capture d’électrons (ECD) ainsi que l’analyse GC-MS en utilisant le réactif d’acylation au pentafluoropropanol Thermo Scientific™. Ce réactif d’acylation réagit rapidement avec les alcools, les phénols et les amines pour produire des dérivés de perfluoroacyl qui améliorent la réponse de l’ECD et fournissent des informations structurelles utiles pour les applications GC-MS. Les acides carboxyliques peuvent être dérivés à l’aide d’une réaction en deux étapes impliquant une réaction à l’anhydride, suivie d’un alcool fluoré. Ce réactif de dérivatisation est bien adapté à la confirmation de consommation de drogues.
