Inhibiteur de protéase qui agit sur la pepsine, la rénine et la cathepsine D

Pepstatin A, is used as an irreversible inhibitor of HIV-1, aspartic proteases. Inhibits lysosomal proteases and interferes with autolysosomal digestion when used in combination with E 64d. Pepstatin A also efficiently inhibits HIV-1 protease and Fcγ receptor induction by IFN-γ.
