Poloxamer is a non-ionic detergent that protects cells from hydrodynamic damage. It can be also used for in vitro isolation of lymphocytes from diluted whole blood.

Applications
Le poloxamère est un détergent non ionique qui protège les cellules contre les dommages hydrodynamiques. Il peut également être utilisé pour l’isolement in vitro de lymphocytes à partir de sang total dilué.

Miscible à l’eau.
