A full annual preventive maintenance service program, unlimited travel, spare parts and labor on repairs included in the agreement; 10% discount on additional services (e.g. IQ/OQ) during the agreement period.

  • Include annual maintenance with:
    • Check of installation environment and electrical/gas supply
    • Inspection of equipment-specific sensors, doors/lids and key components
    • Validation and adjustment of operating parameters
  • Equipment-specific differences:
    • Multipurpose Centrifuges:
      • Housing and rotor cleaning
      • Checks of condensation tray, lid latch, display, keypad, stability, rotor/imbalance detection, temperature and speed sensors
    • New Brunswick S41i:
      • CO2 and auto-zero filter replacement
      • Checks of shaker platform, drive belt, humidity tray and support seals
    • CellXpert CS220:
      • CO2 filter replacement; checks of shaker platform, drive belt and rH sensor
    • CellXpert C 170 (i):
      • Gas and auto-zero filter replacement; checks of door, alarm, humidity tray, wiring, PCB, display and controller
    • Biological Shakers:
      • Door/lid hardware checks
      • Lubrication of shaker mechanism
      • Checks of drive motor and belt
      • Condenser cleaning and inspection
