Le kit Thermo Scientific™ Remel BactiCard Candida est utilisé pour l’identification présumée de Candida albicans à l’aide de la technologie enzymatique.

  • À utiliser dans des procédures qualitatives pour l’identification présomptive de Candida albicans par la détection rapide de L-Proline aminopeptidase et Β-galactosaminidase
  • Résultats obtenus en 30secondes
  • Le 4-méthylumbelliferyl-N-acétyl-Β-D-galactosaminide en présence de l’enzyme Β-galactosaminidase libère 4-méthylumbelliférone, un composé hautement fluorescent détectable par la lumière ultraviolette
  • L-Proline aminopeptidase hydrolyse l-Proline-Β-napthylamide et réagit avec le développeur de couleurs pour former une couleur rouge. Si les PRO et MUGAL sont tous deux positifs, alors C. albicans est présent. Le produit est prêt à l’emploi et aucune préparation supplémentaire n’est nécessaire
