Description

Rutin is the major mutagenic component of red wine, It is used in the activation of a mutagen by treatment both liver microsomal enzymes and fecal enzymes.

Applications
La rutine est la principale composante mutagène du vin rouge. Elle est utilisée dans l’activation d’un mutagène par le traitement des enzymes microsomales hépatiques et des enzymes fécales.

Solubilité
Soluble dans le DMSO, l’acétone, le dichlorométhane ou l’acétate d’éthyle. Insoluble dans l’eau.

Remarques
