L’hydrate de taurocholate de sodium (numéro CAS 145-42-6) est un acide biliaire et un détergent utilisé en biologie moléculaire pour la solubilisation des protéines.

Sodium taurocholate is a bile acid having detergent capabilities; natural surfactant. It is used for solubilization of protein. In the preparation of digestive enzymes, it is used as an emulsifier.

Applications
Le taurocholate de sodium est un acide biliaire présentant des fonctionnalités détergentes ; surfactant naturel. Il est utilisé pour la solubilisation des protéines. Dans la préparation des enzymes digestives, il est utilisé comme émulsifiant.
