Le tampon de blocage StartingBlock est une protéine purifiée individuelle qui permet de rapidement bloquer les transferts Western et les tests ELISA. Il est largement compatible avec toute une gamme d’anticorps, de combinaisons d’anticorps et d’autres systèmes d’analyse et de dosage des protéines. Le tampon de blocage StartingBlock est disponible en PBS et TBS, avec ou sans Tween 20.

Les caractéristiques du tampon de blocage StartingBlock sont les suivantes :
• Déshybridation et réapplication sans blocage—les transferts restent bloqués même après l’étape de déshybridation avec le tampon de déshybridation Restore (Réf. n° 21059)
• Compatible avec de nombreux systèmes de détection—transfert Western, analyses ELISA et IHC avec des anticorps ou des sondes avidine/biotine (le bloqueur est exempt de sérum et de biotine)
• Temps de blocage courts—moins de 15 minutes pour les membranes en nitrocellulose ou en PVDF ; presque instantané pour les puits de microplaques en polystyrène
