StrepMAB-Classic est un anticorps monoclonal murin hautement sélectif pour la détection des protéines hybrides Strep-tag™II et Twin-Strep-tag™ dans des applications telles que les transferts Western, ELISA, l’immunohistochimie et l’immunocytochimie. Il est disponible en version non conjugué ou couplé à la peroxydase de raifort (HRP). StrepMAB-Classic HRP convient aux réactions chromogènes et chimiluminescentes. Remarque : L’utilisation de StrepMAB-Immo ou Strep-Tactin™XT est recommandée pour la capture des protéines hybrides Strep-tag™II et Twin-Strep-tag™ sur des phases solides, en raison de leur affinité de liaison dans la gamme pM.
