Suberoyl chloride is used as a reagent to synthesize hydroxyferrocifen hybrid compounds that have antiproliferative activity against triple negative breast cancer cells. It is also used as a cross-linking agent to cross-link Chitosan (C315015) membranes, and also improves the membrane’s integrity.

Applications
Le chlorure de suberoyle est utilisé comme réactif pour synthétiser des composés hybrides hydroxyferrocifène qui ont une activité antiproliférative contre les cellules de cancer du sein à triple négatif. Il est également utilisé comme agent de réticulation pour les membranes Chitosan (C315015) à réticulation et améliore également l’intégrité de la membrane.
