Description

B7-H3 has been shown to be expressed at very high levels in immature dendritic cells, at moderate levels on mature dendritic cells, LPS stimulated immature dendritic cells and LPS stimulated monocytes, and at low levels on resting monocytes.

The Human B7-H3 (NP_079516) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for B7-H3/CD276, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The B7-H3/CD276 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
