VSIG4 contributes significantly to innate immunity by binding and phagocytosis of complement opsonized invading pathogens

The Human VSIG4 (NP_009199) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for VSIG4, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The VSIG4 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
