Description

It is used as an intermediate in the preparation of 2.5-Dimethyl-2.5-bis(tertbutyl-peroxy)hexane to produce polyethylene copolymers and polyethylene rubbers. It is also used in the synthesis of six- and seven-membered heterocyclic boron compounds containing intramolecular N-B bond.

Applications
Il est utilisé comme intermédiaire dans la préparation de 2,5-diméthyl-2,5-bis(tertbutyl-peroxy)hexane pour produire des copolymères du polyéthylène et des caoutchoucs de polyéthylène. Il est également utilisé dans la synthèse de composés du bore hétérocycliques à six et sept chaînons contenant de la liaison N-B intramoléculaire.
