Monoclonal antibodies for detecting human antigens.

  • Clone NCAM16.2 (also known as NCAM 16) MφP9 (also known as MφP-9) SK7 (also known as Leu-4) SJ25C1 (also known as SJ25-C1) L27 (RUO (GMP))
  • Mouse IgG1 heavy chains and kappa light chains:
    • CD3, clone SK7
    • CD19, clone SJ25C1
    • CD20, clone L27
  • Mouse IgG2b heavy chains and kappa light chains:
    • CD14, clone MφP9
    • CD56, clone NCAM16.2
  • The Lineage Cocktail 2 (lin 2) contains antibody clones that, in combination, stain lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and neutrophils.
  • It includes CD3, CD14, CD19, CD20, and CD56. Peripheral blood dendritic cells (DCs), including those expressing CD16, can be distinguished from other leucocytes by their lack of staining with lin 2.
