Aspartame is a synthetic and low-calorie sweetener and is used as an active ingredient in consumer foods, beverages, soft drinks, breath mints, sugar free chewing gum, cocoa mixes, frozen desserts, chewable vitamin supplements, milk drinks, cerals, pharmaceutical drugs and supplements, tabletop sweeteners and diet sodas.

This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand. Applications
L’aspartame est un édulcorant synthétique et hypocalorique. Il est utilisé comme ingrédient actif dans les aliments de consommation, les boissons, les sodas, les bonbons à la menthe, les chewing-gums sans sucre, les mélanges de cacao, les desserts congelés, les suppléments vitaminiques, les boissons lactées, les céréales, les préparations pharmaceutiques et les compléments, les édulcorants de table et les sodas alimentaires.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’acide formique, le diméthylsulfoxyde. Peu soluble dans l’eau et l’éthanol.

Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts.
